Privacy policy

• There are no ads on the website; no analytics or advertising tools that track visitors are used.
• Personal data is not sold or shared for marketing.
• Most athletes are students who are minors: their names, photos, physical details and statistics are published only with parental consent.
• Which data is processed and why is explained in detail in the privacy notice (KVKK).

Details such as school number, class/section, parent's name and phone number are never published on the website; only authorised panel users can see them. Coaches can access only the athletes in their own teams.

When parental consent is withdrawn, the athlete's name, photo and statistics disappear from the website immediately and the profile page closes. Athlete profiles are not stored as pre-built static pages, so consent can be checked again on every visit.

An athlete's name may appear in news articles; in that case the author is responsible for respecting parental consent.

• The website and panel work only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
• The panel has role-based authorisation; each user can access only the data their role needs.
• Every create, update and delete action in the panel is written to an audit log; fields such as parent phone, school number, height and weight are masked in these logs.
• In our application, IP addresses are not stored in plain form but irreversibly.
• Sign-in attempts are rate-limited; passwords are stored irreversibly.
• Application files and the database are kept in a location not directly reachable from the internet.

The website links to the Instagram, Facebook and YouTube accounts of our school and club. When you click these links, that platform's own privacy policy applies. Our website does not embed content from these platforms; no information goes to them unless you click. Images of the latest Instagram posts on the home page are copied to our own server and shown from there; viewing them sends no information to Instagram. A post showing a student without parental consent is not shown on the website; you can ask us to remove a post you notice using our contact details.

No cookies are set for visitors; only essential session and security cookies are used for users who sign in to the admin panel. Details are in the cookie policy.

When this policy is updated, the version number and date on this page change. Important changes are announced on the website.
